How to hang it in 4 easy steps
- Choose your spot. Hold the frame against the wall at the height you like and mark the top edge of the frame with a pencil. Pick a smooth, clean, dry wall.
- Place the hook. Hold the hook against the wall with the pins facing the wall, just below your mark so the frame sits at the right height.
- Press and tap. Push the pins into the wall, then tap the hook gently with the palm of your hand or a small hammer until it sits flat. No force needed.
- Hang and adjust. Hang your frame on the hook and straighten it with a spirit level or a level app on your phone. Done!

Taking it down
Lift the frame off, then ease the hook out of the wall with a gentle pull. The pins are very fine and leave only tiny pin marks, much smaller than a screw or nail. A dab of filler or paint covers them.
